CICA’s Board of Directors looks forward to seeing you at our Annual General Meeting. The AGM will be held via Zoom on April 23, 2023, at 1:30 pm. A Zoom link will be sent out closer to the date.

If you wish to put your name forward for nomination to the CICA Board or wish to nominate someone you feel would be a good representative, please complete and send in the Nomination Form by April 21st. If we don’t receive prior notice of nominations, we will accept them at the meeting.

There are nine positions on the CICA Board of Directors. Two Directors are stepping down from the Board and those positions need to be filled. There is one available position on Lighthouse Point and one for Big Sand Bay. The criteria for holding a seat on the Board are:

1. you must be a member in good standing of the Association, and
2. you must be a named leaseholder.

These safeguards ensure that only persons who own a cottage are placed in a position to act on behalf of the membership as a whole. Please note the Board meets at least 6 times per year by conference call and once in person on the island.
