As members of the Christian Island Cottagers’ Association Board we offer a sincere apology for the way BFN community members were treated on the laneways and beach of Big Sand Bay. We are sending a message to our members reminding them that Christian Island is Beausoleil First Nations territory and that all BFN members are deserving of respect. We are saddened that BFN members were made to feel unwelcome on their own land.
